Allan Kapilivsky M.D. Diagnostic Radiology
PCI's Radiation Safety Officer that oversees compliance and safety of our Diagnostic Imaging Center. Dr. Kapilivsky has been in radiology practice for over 15 years in the Rio Grande Valley and completed his Radiology specialty training at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA in 1995. He holds Board Certification from the American College of Radiology and the American board of Nuclear Medicine. Dr. Kapilivsky is currently the medical director of McAllen Medical Center's Radiology Department.
